Triathlon Slated to Return July 17-18

Door County Triathlon director Sean Ryan plans to host a live event July 17-18 in Egg Harbor. 

“Continued declines in COVID cases throughout the country and in Wisconsin, along with rapidly accelerating vaccination of the populace, give us cause for optimism,” Ryan said in an email to participants. “We also intend to work with the Door County Health Department, Door County Medical Center and local public-safety agencies to keep participants, spectators, volunteers, staff and the entire community safe.”

Final plans and precautions will be announced in late June.
