Tugboats Featured at Bay Art Gallery

A tugboat is a boat that maneuvers vessels by pushing or towing them. Three of Bay Art Gallery’s artists, including Debra Joy Groesser, Richard Brawner and Randy Rasmussen, have beautifully captured these small yet powerful and strongly built Door County tugs with oil paintings.
