UUF Screens Movies That Matter

What the Bleep Do We Know!? will be shown at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Door County (UUFDC) Tuesday, May 19 at 7 pm as part of the Movies That Matter Series.

The 2004 film is part documentary, part story, and part elaborate and inspiring visual effects and animations. Bleep has become one of the most successful documentaries of all time, stunning audiences in 30 countries.

The plot follows the story of a deaf female photographer. As she encounters emotional and existential obstacles in her life, she comes to consider the idea that individual and group consciousness can influence the material world. Her experiences are offered by the filmmakers as an illustration of the movie’s thesis about quantum physics and consciousness.

All “Movies That Matter” are pre-screened, free and shown at the UUFDC, 10341 Hwy. 42, Ephraim. For more information visit http://www.uufdc.org.
