Vikings Stilled by Storm in Boys Basketball

Gibraltar’s boys basketball team lost its sixth game in a row Tuesday after falling at home in Packerland Conference play to Kewaunee, 66-45.

The Vikings, who trailed 36-16 at halftime, were led by Braden Sitte with 17 points. Jeffery Mize added 10 points, with Liam Lindenberg scoring nine more on three three-pointers.

The Storm was led by Thomas Stangel with a game-high 24 points. Braxton Riha added 11 points.

Gibraltar, which dropped to 1-8 in the conference, plays a league game Saturday at NEW Lutheran.
