Volunteers Needed for Lakeshore CAP Homelessness Count

The Lakeshore Community Action Program (CAP) is seeking volunteers to work two-hour shifts July 28-29, between 11 pm and 6 am, to assist with the semiannual Point in Time homelessness count. 

Volunteers will search for those in Door County who may be experiencing homelessness, collect information and make referrals for needed services. Data collected is reported to HUD to guide funding and planning toward the goal of ending homelessness in our community. Training will be provided.
