Wegman Returns to Manage Winery

Door Peninsula Winery welcomes Tyson Wegman as the winery retail manager. Wegman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Mississippi. The Gibraltar native returns to Door County after extensive sales experience in Florida and Arkansas as a medical supply sales representative for both diabetic equipment and later, spinal implant equipment.

Wegman’s love for Door County and return to the area is a familiar story. The natural beauty, natural resources and opportunity for outdoor recreation certainly appeals to his love of the outdoors. Wegman may also be found in Ephraim helping his parents whom own City Farmer – where he has worked in the retail area – and Celeste Wegman Interiors.
