Wicked Cocktails: Zombie

Summer means tiki time and at the Wickman House in Ellison Bay, that means the Zombie is back on the cocktail menu in full force. You can watch Wickman House owner Mike Holmes break down this recipe for you at DoorCountyPulse.TV, but if you want to give it a shot at home, here’s the recipe for a great sunset drink after a day on the beach.


The Zombie Ingredients

3/4 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz lime juice

1/2 oz lemon juice

3/4 oz orange

1/2 oz grenadine

3/4 oz passion fruit puree

1 1/2 oz dark rum

1 1/2 oz light rum

brandy cherry





Pour all of your ingredients into a shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously then strain into a tiki glass with a Hawthorne strainer. Top it with more crushed ice. Garnish with an orange slice and a brandy cherry, and finally an umbrella. Then enjoy!
