Letter to the Editor: Would This Really Be Bad for Us?

To those of you who will be voting Republican on Nov. 3, 2020: Enjoy your freedom now because, people, things are going to get bad if Biden is elected. 

Those terrible Democrats will want to make health care universal. They want sick people to receive medical care. Aren’t they just the worst?

They will also want to work harder to clean up the environment. They want your grandchildren to breathe clean air. They will want to stop water pollution so that those children will have pure water to drink. Can you believe it? And, they’ll want the U.S. to get back into the Paris Agreement so that the rest of the world will have clean air and water, too. Have you ever heard of anything so awful?

Those liberals will also bring on socialism. People, I say don’t let this happen. When you go to the doctor, don’t give them your Medicare number. Pay for your care yourself. We can’t have socialism. And, when you get your Social Security check, send it right back to the government. Enjoy your freedom now because things will be different if Biden wins.
