Stephen Sieck, an associate professor and co-director of choral studies at Lawrence University, will explore the daily – and often difficult – decisions we make about what we’ll eat during the June 18, 10 am service at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Door County, ​​10341 Hwy 42 in Ephraim.

The field of food ethics calls us to examine what we put on our plates and how it affects our relationships within the interdependent web of existence and fosters a sustainable earth. An opportunity for community discussion will follow the presentation.
