A Glance into the Past

To celebrate eleven years of The Flying Pig Gallery, owners Susan Connor and Robyn Mulhaney have assembled an exhibit to highlight artists from around the world who have formerly been featured in the gallery; a glance into the gallery’s past eleven years. The eclectic group of work from their comprehensive collection will open June 28.

The diverse exhibition includes paintings, drawings, sculpture, pottery and assemblage in endless mediums and genres. Artists include well-known southern folk artists such as Cher Shaffer, Rudy Bostic, Purvis Young, Eric Legge, Terry Cannon and Danny Hoskinson. Wisconsin artists Rudy Rotter, Jill Verbick, Susan Murtaugh, Ric Stultz, Cynthia Lund Torroll, Tony Busalacchi and Elroy Dhomeyer are just a few of the local talent included. The exhibit will be on display through Aug. 31. Guests can view it during business hours, 10 am – 5 pm daily, along with the gardens and gallery space.
