Addition Approved for Christ the King Episcopal Church

Construction of a 474-square-foot addition for Christ the King Episcopal Church at the intersection of Michigan Street and Fifth Avenue received approval last week from both the Aesthetic Design and Site Plan Review Board and the Zoning Board of Appeals.

The addition will include a meeting room and a ramp to improve accessibility. A variance was required to build the addition 13.5 feet off of the street property line on Fifth Avenue.
