Artoberfest at Gallery 42

Never one to pass up the opportunity for a cool beer and hunk of German sausage, Gallery 42 owner Tim Nyberg will welcome guests the last two weekends in October by rolling out the barrel in celebration of “Artoberfest.” There will be German music from Polkas to Kraftwerk filling the air, and a live jazz performance from the Twin Cities’ Adam Meckler Group on Oct. 18 (from 1:30 – 4 pm).

It’s not unusual to find the artist-owner at work at the easel. Being a performer in his other career (as author/entertainer Tim, the Duct Tape Guy), Tim doesn’t mind people watching him work. So, grab a complimentary beverage, a hunk of sausage and enjoy watching the creative process!

With special Artoberfest values throughout the gallery all month, free admission, complimentary wine, cider and beer, and 10 percent of all art sales benefiting Door County Habitat for Humanity, it’s a great time to visit!
