Become an Ecological-Restoration Volunteer at Crossroads

Crossroads at Big Creek (crossroadsatbigcreek.org), 2041 Michigan St. in Sturgeon Bay, invites volunteers to help make progress with the ecological-restoration project Sept. 12, 10 am. Social distancing will be observed, and volunteers should provide their own water, sunscreen and boots. All other equipment and instruction will be provided. Meet at the workshop.

Nature by Appointment is available Sept. 16, 17 and 18 at 4, 5 or 6 pm. Safer at Home units, individuals and small groups can participate in a 45-minute, private, outdoor nature program. Make an appointment by emailing [email protected] with “Nature by Appointment” as the subject line. List the names of participants, ages of children and days and times you’re available. The family program is about water critters, and the adult hike is the Forest Trail.
