Two big Door County food and drink festivals are moving to the farm. In 2024, the Door County Beer Festival and Door County Wine Festival will be held at About Thyme Farm in Baileys Harbor.
“We’re excited to take these great events to a new venue that will provide an incredible atmosphere to celebrate Midwestern beer and wine,” said David Eliot, owner of the Peninsula Pacers, the group that stages the events.
About Thyme Farm is located on County F, two miles outside of Baileys Harbor. The venue has hosted weddings and an expansive vegetable garden for several years. Both festivals will offer free shuttles from northern Door County communities and lodging facilities to the About Thyme grounds and back home at the end of the day.
The beer festival is up first on Father’s Day weekend, Saturday, June 15, 2024, featuring more than 150 beers from 40 Midwestern craft breweries, plus live music and local food trucks.

The wine festival follows on Saturday, June 22, 2024, when wine lovers can sample wines from each of the wineries on the Door County Wine Trail, enjoy live music and taste great food from local vendors.
