Billy Weiss American Legion Post 527 Turns 70

Billy Weiss American Legion Post 527 of Sister Bay will turn 70 on March 1, 2016. To commemorate this milestone, Post 527 will hold a meeting on March 1 at 6 pm at the Sister Bay Village Hall. Special guests include the American Legion 9th District Commander Laurel Clewell and Door County American Legion Commander Terry McNulty. The post will honor the three remaining founders of the post: Hank Eckert, Phillip Berns and Lester Berns. These three men took part in the signing of the original charter on March 1, 1946.
