Bird and Photo Op Hikes at The Ridges

Join fellow birding enthusiasts for a Discovery Bird Hike into the woods, fields and waters around Baileys Harbor. Hikes, organized by The Ridges Sanctuary, begin at 6:30 am on May 9, 16 and 30. Additional hikes are scheduled on June 6, 13, 20 and 27. All members collaborate to identify birds, and both beginners and experienced birders are welcome. Discovery Bird Hikes are free for Ridges members and $5 for the general public.

Looking for areas to see and photograph spring wildflowers? Grab your camera or camera phone, and let The Ridges naturalist lead you to some of the hotspots for beautiful blooms at The Ridges. This relaxed Photo Ops Hike takes place on May 14 at 1:30 pm. Hiking fees are $5/adult for Ridges members and $8/adult for the general public.

Both hikes depart from The Ridges Cabins, 8288 Cty Q in Baileys Harbor.
