BodyWorks Announces Yoga Offerings

BodyWorks of Door County will offer Outdoor Yoga Classes on the waterfront in Ephraim and Sister Bay again this year, beginning May 23. To welcome students back, BodyWorks will host an open house at all classes running June 1-13. Students can attend classes at 20 percent discount ($8 instead of $10). Held Memorial Day Weekend through September, all outdoor classes are relaxed, drop-in friendly, family-friendly, and, at only $10, very affordable.

BodyWorks’ general schedule is below:

Sunrise Yoga – Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7 am and 9 am at Sister Bay Beach; Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 7 am and 9 am at the Ephraim Beach.

Sunset Yoga – Friday Sunset at Sister Bay Marina Park; Saturday Sunset at Ephraim Beach, times vary – check out the Sunset Schedule at bodyworksofdoorcounty.com.
