Captain John to Perform at Joe Jo’s

After playing and working in Illinois, Captain John is bringing his music back to Door County. Beginning Nov. 3 at Joe Jo’s Pizza and Gelato, Capt. John’s Acoustic Live Concerts will be held Saturday nights in Nov. and Dec.

Capt. John will feature original songs, folk, oldies, bluegrass and gospel. He will also play his poignant hit, “The Men of the Linda E,” as a tribute to his fellow fisherman.

At the concerts, Capt. John will offer Wooden Boats and Iron Men, a DVD showcasing his unique, “out on the big water” action photos of Door County Commercial Fishermen.

Concerts are scheduled for 5 – 7:30 pm.

Joe Jo’s Pizza and Gelato is located on the north end of Ephraim on Highway 42.
