Celebrate Door County Civility Project’s Third Anniversary on April 27

The Door County Civility Project, a fund of the Door County Community Foundation, is celebrating its third anniversary in April. All across Door County, individual citizens, businesses, school districts, governmental agencies, charitable organizations, and others have endorsed the cause of civility in everyday life. In appreciation of this commitment to civility, everyone is invited to “Celebrate Civility,” a free event, on April 27, 5 – 6:30 pm, at Stone Harbor Conference Center in Sturgeon Bay.

The program will begin at 5:30 pm and will include remarks by Barbara Lawton, former Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor, music by Jeanne Kuhns, recognition of persons and groups who have helped foster the principles of civility in Door County and an update of current and future projects. RSVP by emailing [email protected].
