Christmas by the Bay Winners Announced

The Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center is pleased to announce this year’s annual Christmas by the Bay Celebration was a success. More than 30 floats completed this year’s holiday parade, held Saturday, Nov. 22. Awards were given for the top three nonprofit organization floats as well as the top three business floats based upon creativity and overall presentation. Business awards went to The Brick Alley (first), Saguaro Day Spa (second), and Bay Shore Outfitters (third). Nonprofit awards went to St. John Bosco School (first), Door County Girl Scouts (second) and St. Peters Elementary School (third).

The Sturgeon Bay Visitor Center also held a window decorating contest to encourage local businesses to showcase the spirit of the holidays by using storefront space. Awards went to Northern Territory (first), blue ivy (second) and T. Simon Jewelers (third).
