Coaty Photos On Display at Kick Coffee

Martha Coaty is displaying her photography, “Door County Wisconsin and Other Northern Places” at Kick Coffee in Sturgeon Bay through the month of April.

The Allouez resident is a frequent contributor to the Peninsula Pulse. Her work features architecture and animal portraits.

“I love old rustic surfaces and the sight of dogs and horses who seem to understand what I am doing when I take their photograph,” Coaty says. “These are portraits of a time gone by with lingering personality.”

Coaty uses digital SLR cameras and high end photographic processing to produce archival images.
