Congratulations to Carla Lang!

Remember the old line ‘bout rain nor sleet nor snow?
It’d take more than that to put a crimp in Carla’s show.
You’ll find her in the AM sorting mail no doubt,
then off to the road, just 76 miles on her route.

She likes the outdoors and meeting people along her trail;
known to check on customers who haven’t picked up their mail.
Those who know her sing her praises, “great employee, never trouble.’
Always upbeat even in summer when the mail load is sure to double.

She’s kind of shy and very selfless but in the end had this to say:
“It’s the dogs and tourist traffic and being in a vehicle all the day;
but, those things are minor with this job so much to simply adore.”
Each day’s an adventure she’s been enjoying since back in ‘74.
