CTA Continuing Education Session Focuses on Inclusivity in Business

The Certified Tourism Ambassador program will offer a continuing-education virtual session July 6, 9-10:30 am. A panel of community members and business owners will have a casual, round-table conversation about the ways in which those in the tourism field can be more inclusive and aware of the messages their actions send.

Topics to explore include adding preferred pronouns to email signatures, creating anti-discrimination policies and making nonbinary staff members feel safe and supported.
