Dance and Drum Gathering

STUDIO234 is hosting a monthly dance and drum gathering starting March 3, 7-9 pm, with Amy Maras, Jen Aldrich and Andria Nikoupolis-Weliky. 

Each session will include group meditation, gentle Qigong movements to warm up, and gentle prompts to build different drum rhythms. Those who wish to dance will be encouraged to move to the beats.

The cost is $10 per person. No experience is necessary. Take your own instrument if you have one, but a limited supply of rhythm instruments will also be available. Wear comfortable clothing for ease of movement.
