Dendler Work Acquired by Corporate Nonprofits

Deborah Dendler, of Egg Harbor, had three oil paintings selected for acquisition this year by Boston nonprofit organizations for permanent public display: the South Boston Development Corporation, the Larry B. Price Center, and La Alianza Hispana.

South Boston Development Corporation addresses the increasing need for affordable housing in South Boston. Dendler’s work will be displayed in Patriot Homes, affordable apartments for Veterans in South Boston, Mass.

The Larry B. Price Center, Newton, Mass., is a support center for people with disabilities, providing family support programs, residential care and day habilitation. Dendler’s painting will be on display in the The Larry B. Price Center “offering inspiration for creative art expression…which The Larry Price Center strives to foster.”

La Alianza Hispana, Inc. is a community-based organization providing culturally and linguistically appropriate health and education programs to the Latino Community of Greater Boston. Dendler’s work is on display at La Alianza Headquarters in Boston.

Dendler’s painting “Forsythia” was chosen for publication in the May issue of Santa Clara Review, the literary magazine of Santa Clara University, Santa Clara, Cali., which publishes poetry, fiction, nonfiction and visual art.
