DIYs At The Library Through March

This March, patrons can make crafts and take home activity kits from their local library.

The Egg Harbor, Ephraim, Fish Creek, Forestville, Sister Bay/Liberty Grove and Sturgeon Bay libraries will all offer a screen-free craft bag, geared towards ages 4K to second grade. Each includes a shamrock maze, a leprechaun animal and a leprechaun bookmark to color. Parental supervision is suggested as the craft contains small parts.

The Baileys Harbor Library, 2392 Cty F in Baileys Harbor, will offer a kit to make bunny masks. The Fish Creek Library, 4097 Hwy 42, will offer a kit to make toilet paper tube seed starters.

At the Egg Harbor Library, adult and teen patrons can drop in to the Maker Space to make alcohol-ink resin coasters. Coasters can be picked up 72 hours after they are made to allow the resin time to set. The Egg Harbor Library is located at 7845 Church St. in Egg Harbor.

Starting March 18, all library branches will feature packets with vegetable, flower and native-plant seeds from Door County Seed Library.
