Door County Cooperative Celebrates National Co-op Awareness Month

Join Door County Cooperative (DCC) in celebrating National Co-op Awareness Month and win some fabulous prizes along the way. In an effort to demonstrate community benefits of the cooperative business model, DCC invites the community to play CO-OPOLY, an interactive promotion running Oct. 1-31.

“Cooperatives have the power to bring people together. With the power of the people of Door County behind us, we have a unique opportunity to work together to strengthen our community in ways that more traditional business is unable to do,” said Brian Duquaine, DCC CEO/president.

Anyone age 18 and older is eligible to play by collecting game pieces from DCC retail divisions. Game pieces may be earned by stopping into a DCC retail division and taking a quiz. Additionally, for every $10 a participant spends, they also receive a single game piece. Once all game pieces representing a division have been collected, the player receives an entry to win a $1,000 DCC gift card. Each CO-OPOLY game board has a possibility of gaining up to 11 grand prize entries.

Stop by any DCC retail location to pick up a game board or send a request with your physical address to [email protected] with CO-OPOLY in the subject line. All game boards must be turned in by 5 pm on Oct. 31 to be entered into the grand prize drawing.
