Door County Historical Museum Hosts “Norwegian Heritage Day”

On Saturday, September 25 the Door County Historical Museum will host “Norwegian Heritage Day” from 10 am – 3 pm.

During the event, visitors will learn about Hardanger, a style of embroidery, and Rosemaling, a Norwegian decorative pattern. Visitors will also have a chance to taste valfer and krumkake. Information regarding the Hanson House, a unique log home in Sturgeon Bay, will be available.
