Door County’s Woodwalk Concert Series Features Gloria Attoun

June 24 at 7 pm, Gloria Attoun will return to the Woodwalk Concert Series having delighted the audience a few years ago as part of the “Wise Women” concert. Traveling from Augusta, Mo., Attoun will sing original songs about the magical and mundane moments of life and will bring along a couple of guitars, a banjo, a harmonica and more. Her concert is not so much a performance, but an experience as she blurs the boundaries of audience and performer and conjures up an evening of shared and memorable experiences.

July 1 at 7 pm, the Delta Jets will take the Woodwalk stage with their raw, soulful sound. Featuring Dale Anderson on vocals, guitar and ukelele, with Joe Vanesky on harmonica and David Will on drums, the Delta Jets play a blend of swamp/grunge blues.

The Woodwalk Gallery is located south of Egg Harbor, one mile west of Highway 42 at 6746 County G. Tickets are $15 at the door. Attendees are welcome to picnic on the back terrace at 5:30 pm until the start of the show. Beer, soft drinks, and ice cream will be available for purchase.
