Eagles Top Vikings

Southern Door’s Jared Hawkey (49) slides toward home plate past Gibraltar/Washington Island catcher Brady Kita to score in the Eagles 8-2 victory May 13. The Eagles scored four runs in the third and fifth innings. Jack Peterson went 3-4 and Tyler Neinas went 2-4, with each recording a double. Logan Jeanquart tallied 3 RBI, while Charlie Neinas drove in two runs. The Vikings tallied 12 hits, including four by Sam Lindenberg. Cooper Cole added three hits.
