Fall Colors Make for Beautiful Golf Courses

The golf courses of Door County hold a secret: Fall is a spectacular time for golfing.

Every fall, Door County golf courses offer unrivaled vistas of yellows, oranges and reds flanked by the blues of the water. The summer crowds are gone, and foursomes can take their time on the course with little pressure to speed it up. 

But if you do happen to be in a rush, it also means that you rarely have to wait for the group in front of you. Great tee times are easier to come by, and it’s not so hard to simply walk on and play. 

Though this fall has been unusually wet and cool, there will still be some amazing days left to play. Some courses offer discounted fall rates, making it a great time to get in some rounds for less.
