Featured Pet: Freeway

Freeway is a shy, four-month-old kitten available for adoption at the Wisconsin Humane Society (WHS) Door County Campus. He is very timid and takes longer than usual to adjust to new people and places. Freeway needs a patient family who will give him as long as it takes to come out of his shell and learn what it’s like to be loved. He seems to be comforted by the presence of his sister, Highway, who is also very shy. Although they are not a required pair, Freeway and Highway would likely be very happy to go home together.

Like all cats at WHS, he has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Stop in to meet him during our adoption hours! The WHS Door County Campus – at 3475 Park Dr., across from Cherryland Airport in Sturgeon Bay – is open for adoptions Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12-6 pm; and Saturday, 12-4 pm.
