Bart and Mart

This week the Door County Humane Society (DCHS) introduces readers to Bart and Mart. These two 11-year-old brothers have been together their whole lives. They are black and grey terrier mixes and weigh roughly 25-30 lbs. each. Bart and Mart were surrendered in mid-December because the owner didn’t have enough time to care for them. They have been outdoor dogs their entire lives, but, luckily, it hasn’t crushed their spirits. They are both very sweet and welcoming. Mart is slightly more nervous than Bart, but is still extremely open to affection and attention. These boys have been together since the womb, and DCHS can’t separate them now. We are looking for a wonderful family to adopt them together. If interested in meeting Bart and Mart, please stop by DCHS during normal open hours.
