Fine Art Exhibition at Trattoria Dal Santo

Trattoria Dal Santo is pleased to announce that they recently became the showcase gallery for the Peninsula Plein Air Painters (PPAP).

The fine Italian restaurant and gallery are located in historic downtown Sturgeon Bay at 147 N. 3rd Avenue. Dal Santo’s has a history of featuring local and regional artwork, and will now feature a rotating selection of artwork by the PPAP members.

PPAP is a group of independent, accomplished artists who paint in and around the peninsula of Door County. The founding members are William Doyle, Aaron Holland, Jim Leatham, and Randall Rasmussen. PPAP is dedicated to continuing traditional plein air painting, referring to landscape painting that is done outside (on location). The group can be seen painting this summer throughout Door County.
