Gouda Sampling at Wisconsin Cheese Masters

Wisconsin Cheese Masters in Egg Harbor welcomes Lindsey Decker of Holland’s Family Farm for a Gouda sampling on May 25 and 26, 2 – 5 pm. Decker will sample and describe the Gouda from top 2013 cheesemaker Marieke Penterman that swept the 2013 United States Cheese Championship Contest.

“We are really happy to have Lindsey join us to celebrate Memorial Day weekend. Lindsey always has the latest news about what’s happening on the farm. And, we are humbled to sell the cheese of 2013’s top American cheesemaker,” said Jim Pionkoski, owner of Wisconsin Cheese Masters.
