Lindsay Decker, of Holland’s Family Farm, will showcase and offer samplings of the company’s award-winning cheeses at Wisconsin Cheese Masters in Egg Harbor, Oct. 5 – 7.
Holland’s produces farmstead, artisanal Goudas developed by cheesemaker Marieke Penterman. Smoked Gouda, which won the 2012 World Championship award, and the new Marieke Golden are the line’s highlights.
Event hours are: Oct. 5, 3 – 5 pm; Oct. 6, 12 – 3 pm; and Oct. 7, 10 am – 1 pm.
Wisconsin Cheese Masters offers all Wisconsin, artisanal, farmstead and master made cheeses. The shop is located on Highway 42, just south of Egg Harbor, in the Harbor Ridge Winery complex.
