Griffon String Quartet Presents Third Season

Midsummer’s Music’s quartet-in-residence, the Griffon String Quartet (midsummersmusic.com), will present its third season of concerts, community-outreach programs and educational events, including private string lessons through the YMCA in Sturgeon Bay, virtual instruction with Washington Middle School, educational videos for the Boys & Girls Club of Door County and more.

The quartet will also present four livestreamed concert programs. The first, scheduled for Nov. 15, 3 pm, will feature Mozart’s Divertimento K.563 and Dohnányi’s Serenade in C Major, Op. 10. The Dec. 20 program at 3 pm will include works from the Griffon String Quartet’s classical repertoire and holiday favorites.
