‘Home for the Holidays’ Has New Home at Gould Theater

After 12 years of performing its Home for the Holidays show at the Gibraltar Town Hall, Northern Sky Theater will offer it for the first time this year at its new Gould Theater, featuring Eric Lewis, Katie Dahl and Rich Higdon. These three musicians appear frequently together as a trio and recently released Solid Ground, an album of songs written by Northern Sky co-founder Fred Alley

Door County Magazine has named Eric Lewis Best Male Musician, and he’s earned the Premier Player Award from the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences’ Memphis chapter. Katie Dahl is a year-round Door County resident who has earned accolades nationwide for the depth and power of her alto voice, the candor of her songs and the easy humor of her live performances. Rich Higdon has shared the stage with his wife, Dahl, in performances across the country, playing string bass, washboard, spoons, jug and ukulele.

Home for the Holidays will be performed Dec. 28-31, 4 pm; and Dec. 27-28, 7 pm. Tickets are $29 per adult and $14 for those 17 and younger. Purchase tickets in person at the Northern Sky Theater box office at the Gould Theater, 9058 Cty A in Fish Creek; by phone at 920.854.6117; or online at NorthernSkyTheater.com.
