I ate for $8.88.

Eating a Good Eggs omelet wrap keeps you full for half a day. If you eat one first thing in the morning, when they open at 7 a.m., you’ll be set to shop, hike, or sleep it off on the beach. If you eat one for lunch just before they close at 1 p.m. (breakfast is a meal for all hours, you know) you’ll be full of fuel for any adventure and not hungry again until suppertime.

These burritos are chock full of amazingly fresh ingredients: spuds roasted in olive oil and rosemary; cheddar, pepperjack, or goat cheese; green onions, red peppers, crimini mushrooms, spinach, and asparagus; homemade black bean salsa; applewood smoked bacon, turkey sausage, Caribbean jerk chicken, or tofu; and a flour, cilantro, or tomato basil wrap.

The basic breakfast burrito includes your choice of spuds, eggs, and cheese for $4.75. One step up, the standard wrap offers spuds, eggs, cheese, and veggies for $6.75.

If you get the basic wrap, you can get a cup of Alterra coffee too, all for under $8.88.

Watch them fry up your potatoes, add a little Sriracha sauce for some zing, and eat under the cabana (a surfboard serves as a table) or wander across the street and eat on the beach.
