Inn of Kristofer’s Hosts 2nd Annual Oyster Celebration

During the weekend of Nov. 19 – 20, Chef Terri Milligan and her staff at the Inn of Kristofer’s will be busy preparing various oyster dishes for the restaurant’s second annual Oyster Celebration. Guests dining at Kristofer’s that weekend will enjoy a variety of east and west coast oysters in various menu items in addition to the restaurant’s regular dinner menu.

“There are so many oysters that are available to restaurants today, I thought it would be fun to offer Door County a sampling of some of my favorites,” said Kristofer’s co-owner and executive chef Terri Milligan. “Items will include a chilled oyster trio appetizer featuring three different oyster preparations as well as a warm oyster trio with three additional preparations. We will also feature a delicious oyster Rockefeller soup and our popular tempera oyster Caesar salad.”

Reservations are strongly encouraged. On Saturday, Nov. 20, guitarist and singer Katie Dahl will perform during the dinner hour.
