Jacksonport Farmer’s Market

The Jacksonport Farmer’s Market has been up and running for their third season since mid-June. As in the past, the market is held at Lakeside Park on Highway 57 in downtown Jacksonport on Tuesdays from 9 am – 1 pm through October, as weather permits.

There are over 20 vendors participating in the Jacksonport Farmer’s Market for the 2011 season. Many of the “regulars” are back with a wonderful variety of locally grown fruits and vegetables.

Some offerings include homemade jams, pickles, salsa, delicious pies, vegetables, herbs, flowers, meat products, eggs, plants and plant containers, certified organic fruit, vegetables, truffles, bonbons and hand-dipped chocolates, as well as dried herbs, spices, herbal teas and seasonings, as well as certified organic beef.

The Jacksonport Farmer’s Market is sponsored by the Jacksonport Area Business Association.
