Johnson’s Park Solidifies Hold On First in Broomball

Johnson’s Park shut out the Peninsula Painters 4-0 to put a stranglehold on first place in the Northern Door Broomball League in week four. Griffin Cole scored two goals for Johnson Park.

Alexander’s shut out Door County Brewing Co. 11-0 as Brian Tourmo notched four goals for Alexander’s.

And in the nightcap, e-Tailer, Inc. topped Horseshoe Bay in a hard-fought contest, 3-2. Just one more regular season game remains before teams fight for the Hilander Cup trophy Feb. 11.
