Learn to Sell Your Products to the Government

The government can be a great customer, but the challenge is knowing what, how and when it buys. The Door County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC) is partnering with the Wisconsin Procurement Institute (WPI) to offer a free presentation, “Selling to the Government: The Basics.” 

Steve Makovec, a government contract specialist with WPI, will cover the basics but also share practical advice and best practices gleaned from his 40-plus years in government sales. 

This free event will take place Feb. 1, 1-2 pm, at the DCEDC offices, 185 E. Walnut St. in Sturgeon Bay, with time for questions following the presentation. Face masks are required to attend. Register at wispro.org/event/how-to-sell-to-the-government-basic-101-sturgeon-bay.
