Local Artist Chosen for Prestigious Exhibition

Sister Bay artist Bonnie Paruch, a signature member of the Pastel Society of America, was recently selected as an exhibitor in the Signature Member Exhibition to be held this summer at the Bennington Center for the Arts in Bennington, VT.

Paruch’s pastel painting “Looking Back” was chosen by the executive staff of the center from a select group of 70 paintings submitted by signature members of the prestigious pastel society. Signature membership is limited to artists who have achieved excellence in the medium of pastel after being juried into a minimum of three National Pastel Exhibitions at the National Arts Club located in Gramercy Park, New York.

The Vermont show will be on exhibit from June 7 to August 3.
