Lounge Rock Duo to Play at Stone Harbor

It’s all about the art of the duo, and this husband/wife team are masters of their art. Galynne Goodwill & Mark Riggenbach (aka MarkOnDrums) are scheduled to perform on Friday and Saturday at the Stone Harbor Resort in Sturgeon Bay at 8:30 pm.

When asked to categorize their style of music, Lounge Rock seemed to be the best description of their smooth, dynamic, feel good music. The magic of making music in real time without the use of sequenced back up tracks is what listeners find appealing about this duo. Galynne and MarkOnDrums work the space to their advantage with a creative collaboration of exceptional vocals, original music, and excellent choice of cover songs.

Since meeting in 2005, Galynne and Mark have been extremely active in the Wisconsin music scene. In addition to performing in their own groups (The Delta Jets and Voices of Eve) and hosting a weekly open jam, the two spent much of 2006 recording, promoting, and touring with The Reverend Eddie Danger. Together they were also hired to back-up Australia’s Rachael Brady for her Peace by Peace Tour of The United States.
