Maxwell’s House is a Retail Star for “Home Accents Today”

Maxwell’s House was named one of Home Accents Today’s 50 Retail Stars for 2015 by editors of the premier trade magazine for the home accents industry. The Retail Stars list, now in its 11th year, recognizes independent brick-and-mortar retailers of home accents, including furniture stores and interior design boutiques, that are creative in their merchandising, have a positive presence in their local communities and are distinguishing themselves from the competition.

“Maxwell’s House is in a vacation destination area, yet its merchandise extends well beyond gifts – into fabulous rugs, lighting, upholstery and accents,” said Home Accents Today Retail Editor Susan Dickenson.

The magazine’s editors said Maxwell’s House and this year’s honorees demonstrate that it takes a lot more than great product to outsell the competition, whether it’s the big box stores, the online sites or the shop across the street. Maxwell’s House is located at 7763 Hwy. 42, Egg Harbor.
