MDCMC Dental Clinic Receives Walmart Grant

The Ministry Door County Medical Center (MDCMC) Dental Clinic recently received a $35,000 grant from Walmart.

“We are very thankful for Walmart’s contribution. The community’s support enables us to continue to provide dental care to the children in the Door and Kewaunee Counties that are on BadgerCare, MA or have no insurance at all,” says Tanya Fischer, MDCMC Dental Clinic manager. “Together we can improve the oral health of the children of Door and Kewanee Counties who are without a dental home.”

The MDCMC Dental Clinic has provided oral health care to the underserved youth population of Door and Kewaunee Counties since 1999. The Dental Clinic is the only clinic in our area that provides care to those on medical assistance, those that have no dental home and those that are low income.
