Nancy Ditewig Retires from Lengthy Career at Baylake Bank

Nancy Ditewig, assistant vice president and executive secretary of Baylake Bank and Baylake Corp., is retiring after a 45-year career with the organization. Ditewig began working at (then) Bank of Sturgeon Bay in 1968 as a switchboard operator, safe deposit box attendant, and assisting in loan documentation and administration. She was later named executive assistant and worked with Mr. Herlache until his retirement. Since that time she has worked in the same capacity with current Chief Executive Officer and President Robert J. Cera.

Her last day of work at Baylake was April 18, 2014.

“My career at Baylake Bank has been rewarding and I am thankful for the friendships I have had with coworkers, customers, and board members. I am also looking forward to spending more time with family and enjoying a variety of hobbies during my retirement,” Ditewig said.
