Night Ski, Hike At Whitefish Dunes Will Be Lit

You don’t need to be a skier or even an avid hiker to enjoy the Friends’ Candlelight Ski and Hike at Whitefish Dunes State Park. Set for 5-8 pm Saturday, Jan. 27, the event offers a one-of-a-kind chance to see the park by candlelight. 

Whitefish Dunes’ cross-country ski trails are groomed for classic skiing only. No equipment rentals will be available. The Friends of Whitefish Dunes State Park event is weather-dependent. 

There will be warming fires, s’mores and hot drinks at the picnic shelter, 3275 Clark Lake Road, Sturgeon Bay.
