“Once a Ponzi Time” Debuts at Pen Players

Once a Ponzi Time, a frenzied financial comedy by Joe Foust, made its world première July 3 at Peninsula Players Theatre. Once a Ponzi Time has a three-week run with performances through July 21.

Sly investments and double-dealing abound in this madcap comedy. For years Harold has helped his friends with their investments and his artful dodging is about to collapse around him. With the help of his flakey father and naive nephew can he hoodwink the Russian mob, bamboozle the SEC and keep his world from coming undone?

Once a Ponzi Time is under the direction of Players veteran Linda Fortunato, and features Slade Smith, Neil Friedman, Tim Monsion, Molly Glynn and Noah Simon.

The Peninsula Players perform Tuesdays through Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 7:30 pm, with a 4 pm matinee on July 21. Discount tickets are available for season ticket holders and groups. Individual ticket prices range from $33 to $40. For tickets call 920.868.3287 or visit peninsulaplayers.com.
